Excellent location, 5 mins walk to old town (footbridge completed in July). Adjacent to ferry terminal to visit Curonian Spit. Well positioned for local restaurants. Good views over sea and waterways. Excellent venue for ship watchers!
Breakfast was disappointing. Limited choice. Wifi did not work in our room so had to sit in reception. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities in room.

Neat and huge rooms with three beds, nice hot breakfast. Breakfast with the vegan. Great location, around 4-6 minutes' walk from a history museum.

Very stylish and modern hotel. Nice location in the harbor.
The hotel was a little bit hard to find in the first place.

Great and scenic location by the port, excellent breakfast and walking distance to the town.
The only problem was roadworks making it very difficult to find.

How it stacks up, my honest take
The hotel offers a fantastic riverside location and a fine view. My double room was tidy and comfortable, though the bathroom felt cramped. WiFi was reliable, a plus. The breakfast selection could definitely be better. Parking is available, but expect to pay in most areas. A decent stay overall.

The hotel is newly decorated and clean, nestled in a very cozy building with exceptional view to the harbor. The rooms are reasonably large and well-designed with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Wonderful atmosphere, nonetheless some people working here are not happy. The location is particularly GOOD and amazing, 1 km from Theatre Square.

It was easy to walk to Old Town (5 min.), New Town (10 min.) and ferry (5 min).
TV reception in my room was limited to one Lithuanian channel.

.. facilities at the room ... no water boiler ... no minibar .... no ion set ....noisy breakfast restaurant with very limited sentiment. Check SAS and see how they do as an inspiration

This hotel was ideally sited in the best part of town, near the ferry for visiting the Curonian Spit & the Lithuanian Sea Museum as well as being in close proximity of the old town. On the last night of our stay we met two brothers who said they ran the hotel bar as well as two others in town. They seemed very keen to chat to English people & in fact made our final night in Klaipedia a memorable one. Ckeck them out if you get the chance !
We have to say the breakfast was something of a disappointment when compaired to the other two hotels we stayed in both at Kaunas & Vilnius. As the hotel appeared to be far from full on our visit it may have been unreasonable for us to expect a vast array of food choices. However this is only a small gripe & certainly would not put us off recommending this hotel to others.

I enjoyed my time here, especially the view from my room. The location was convenient, close to everything I wanted to see. I had a nice chat with the staff, who were friendly . Breakfast was decent, though I think it could be improved a bit.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel has nice location at the harbour. One wall of each hotel room is a glass wall, so that guests can see everything happening in the harbour.
One wall of each hotel room is a glass wall, so that everyone in the harbour can see everything happening in the room. Bathroom facilities were inadequate and smelly. Hotel room was small. Walk to the city centre was through an unattractive industrial area.

The location of the hotel - great views from all rooms. The design was uncluttered with clean lines.
The service was atrocious and the staff uncaring. There was no in-room safe, as advertised nor wi-fi (only wired internet connections). We stayed three nights in two rooms. Each door key had to be re-set since it didn't last the whole of the stay - irritating. One window was stuck open on arrival - we had to request for it to be fixed twice. One bedside light was hanging off the wall (but working) and another didn't work - again we had to request this to be fixed twice. The beds were made, but the covers which we took off at night were left on the floor, unfolded, throughout our stay. The bathrooms were very small, with half size basins with a shelf immediately above meaning that it was necessary to position our heads immediately above or below the shelf to brush our teeth - and the shower leaked all over the floor. At breakfast the tables were cleared but never wiped and they didn't have the knack of letting one pot of coffee brew whilst another was being drunk - so there was always a wait for extra coffee. Never, not for anything, did we receive an apology. Oh and by the way the beer was expensive by Lithuanian standards. We're normally tolerant travellers but the lack of service and poor attitude became annoying.
